A landscape you enjoy.
Care you can count on.

Keep your property welcoming with recurring landscape maintenance tailored to your lawn, beds and outdoor spaces. CityRoots serves Houston homeowners who want consistent care and a clear service plan.

A plan built around your property

01 / PROJECT SCOPE

Routine lawn care

Mowing, edging, string trimming and blowing to keep natural lawn areas tidy.

02 / PROJECT SCOPE

Beds & shrubs

Bed weeding and shrub care, with trimming frequency and seasonal work defined in your estimate.

03 / PROJECT SCOPE

Seasonal attention

Discuss mulch, fertilization, leaf cleanups and irrigation or lighting checks as part of your selected scope.

PLANNING THE WORK

More than a quick mow.

Your lawn, planting beds and hard surfaces need different types of attention. We start by looking at the property, current growth, access and your priorities. Then we define the recurring tasks and seasonal services in writing, so you know what is included.

If the property is overgrown, an initial cleanup may be quoted before recurring care begins. We also distinguish natural lawn care from artificial turf maintenance; those surfaces should not receive the same treatment.

Before we get started.

When do maintenance visits take place?

Regular maintenance visits are scheduled Monday through Thursday. Rain and site conditions may shift the service day.

Is seasonal work included?

Your estimate identifies the included services and frequencies. Mulch, fertilizer, shrub trimming and other seasonal tasks depend on the plan you choose.

How is recurring maintenance billed?

Recurring maintenance requires a credit card on file, with charges after each visit under the agreed service terms.

Can you service a yard with artificial turf?

Yes. Tell us which areas have artificial turf so we can define suitable cleanup and care alongside the rest of your landscape.
